participated in a meeting of the Presidium of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine to discuss the issue of “Scientific and Technical Support for the Ecologization of Agriculture,” presented by Valery Adamchuk, Director of the Institute of Mechanics and Automation of Agro-Industrial Production of the NAAS and Academician of the NAAS. The report covered the technical support for many areas of the greening of agriculture being addressed at the IMA APV NAAS: the development of soil-tilling units for sowing green manure crops, technical support for the bioconversion of plant residues during compost preparation, modern equipment
for pre-sowing seed treatment in a high-intensity pulsed field, technical means of weed control, and more. Meeting participants engaged in a lively discussion on this highly relevant issue.
